The purposes for which we may receive such information include enquiries about our Charity and its grant making capability, seeking updates about our Charity’s work, making donations to our Charity and making applications to our Charity for the award of a grant or grants in furthering our charitable objectives.
We do not receive or process sensitive personal information within the meaning of the GDP Regulations.

We will only use your information in an appropriate manner.

- Reply to your enquiries;
- Carry our regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations;
- Handle donations;
- Respond to applications;

to our Charity which we think will be of interest to you.

Where we hold your information based on your consent, we will seek renewal of your consent from time to time and at intervals of no more than five years.

We hold personal information in both digital form and in hard copy. We take proportionate steps to ensure that it is kept secure, accurate and current. Unfortunately, the internet is not 100% secure and we accept no responsibility for any loss of personal information which is provided to us in digital form.

You have various rights over your personal information which include the following:
- Where we hold your personal information with your consent, you may revoke your consent at any time;
- You can ask for rectification and/or deletion of your personal information at any time;
- You have the right of access to your personal information;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioner if you feel that your rights have been infringed.
